Creating multiple Accounts (also known as "duplicate accounts") is strictly prohibited and will result in suspension of all associated Accounts and forfeiture of Funds.

4.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of Your Account login credentials (username and password). You agree to:

• Never share Your login credentials with any third party

pp4d is not liable for any losses, damages, or unauthorized transactions resulting from Your failure to safeguard Your Account credentials. Any activity conducted through Your Account will be deemed to have been authorized by You.

4.3 Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

5. Deposits and Withdrawals

5.1 Deposits

pp4d accepts deposits via Indonesian bank transfers (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri) and e-wallet services (OVO, DANA, GoPay). All deposits are processed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). Minimum and maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and are displayed during the deposit process. Deposits are typically credited to Your Account within 5 minutes during banking hours, though processing times may vary depending on the payment provider.

You confirm that all Funds deposited into Your Account are from legitimate sources and are not derived from illegal activities. pp4d reserves the right to investigate the source of Funds and may request additional documentation to verify legitimacy. Funds suspected to be associated with money laundering, fraud, or other criminal activity will be frozen and reported to appropriate authorities.

5.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests can be submitted at any time through Your Account dashboard. pp4d processes withdrawals within 24 hours of approval, though actual receipt of Funds depends on Your chosen payment method and financial institution. Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

• Your Account must be fully KYC-verified
• Withdrawals must be made to payment methods registered in Your name
• Minimum withdrawal amounts apply (typically Rp 50,000)

• Collusion or Cheating: Collaborating with other Players to gain unfair advantages, using automated software or bots, exploiting software bugs, or engaging in any form of cheating
• Bonus Abuse: Creating multiple Accounts to exploit bonuses, using stolen credit cards or payment information, or any other form of bonus fraud
• Offensive Conduct: Harassment, abusive language, threatening behavior, or discrimination toward other Players or pp4d staff in chat functions or communications
• Unauthorized Access: Attempting to access other Players' Accounts, hacking, reverse-engineering software, or attempting to disrupt pp4d systems
• Money Laundering: Using pp4d Services to launder money, transfer funds between Accounts, or engage in any illegal financial activity

pp4d employs sophisticated fraud detection systems to monitor gameplay patterns and transactions. Any Player found engaging in prohibited conduct will face immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of all Funds, and potential reporting to law enforcement authorities.

8. Limitations of Liability

pp4d Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we strive to maintain uninterrupted service, pp4d makes no warranties or guarantees regarding:

• Continuous, error-free, or secure operation of the Website or Services
• Accuracy, reliability, or completeness of content provided on the Website
• Suitability of Services for any particular purpose

To the maximum extent permitted by law, pp4d shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from:

• Unauthorized access to Your Account or personal information

9. Account Suspension and Termination

pp4d reserves the right to suspend or terminate Your Account at any time, with or without notice, for any reason including but not limited to:

• Suspected fraudulent, illegal, or abusive activity
• Request by law enforcement or regulatory authorities
• Prolonged Account inactivity (typically 12 months or more)

Upon Account termination, pp4d will process any outstanding legitimate withdrawal requests (subject to verification) and return Your remaining balance, minus any applicable fees, penalties, or amounts owed to pp4d. Bonuses, loyalty points, and other non-cash benefits will be forfeited upon termination.

You may voluntarily close Your Account at any time by contacting customer support. Voluntary Account closure requests will be processed within 48 hours. Once closed, Your Account cannot be reopened, and You will need to create a new Account (subject to eligibility requirements) if You wish to use pp4d Services again in the future.

10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
